ABYSS-3D.3117424.1820x0Zainteresowanie zeszłotygodniowym konkursem znacznie przerosło oczekiwania. Dziękuję zatem wszystkim Uczestnikom za zgłoszenia i mam nadzieję, ze mieli przy tym przynajmniej tyle satysfakcji z odpowiadania, co ja miałem z układania pytań i śledzenia rosnącej liczby zgłoszeń. Ale przejdźmy do rzeczy i rozpocznijmy od poprawnych odpowiedzi na pytania.

Pytanie 1

Proszę wymienić przynajmniej 2 inne gry designerów Abyss wydane w Polsce w 2014

Odpowiedź

Pytanie skierowane głównie do wyznawców Kultu Nowości, ale inne osoby też sobie z nim radziły.

Polegało na wymienieniu tytułów spełniających następujące warunki:

  • Jest to tytuł gry – samodzielna gra, zwana także podstawką, NIE dodatek
  • Projektantem/designerem/autorem gry jest  Bruno Cathala lub Charles Chevallier – przeważająca większość uczestników nie miała z tym problemów , ale pojawiły się kilka „strzałów” z grami których autorami byli: Michael Kiesling , Wolfgang Kramer, Adam Kałuża, Jean-Louis Roubira i inni
  • Gra została wydana w Polsce w 2014 – co oznacza polską premierę w 2014 roku, Jak już pisałem w komentarzu do konkursu w celu rozszerzenia możliwości,  ponieważ nie jesteśmy objęci embargiem na gry, światowa premiera w 2014 też się liczy.

Co daje listę najczęściej powtarzających się poprawnych odpowiedzi

  • Pentos (Bruno Cathala)
  • Cappuccino (Charles Chavallier)
  • Five Tribes (Bruno Cathala)
  • Upiór w Operze/Le Fantôme de l’Opéra (Bruno Cathala)
  • Madame Ching (Bruno Cathala)

Wyszukanie w bazie Board Game Geek może dać klika innych gier zapisanych na rok 2014 – poprawnych, ale osoby je podające i tak zwykle podawały także inne tytuły

  • Sultaniya (Charles Chavallier)
  • Dragon Run (Bruno Cathala)
  • Wakanda (Bruno Cathala)
  • Desperados of Dice Town (Bruno Cathala)
  • Haru Ichiban (Bruno Cathala)

Pomimo tak dużej liczby akceptowanych odpowiedzi pytanie okazało się jednym z trudniejszych i tylko 71% odpowiedzi zawierało przynajmniej 2 poprawne tytuły. Nie zostały zaliczone tytuły zapisane niepoprawnie, nawet te które były zabawne (np. „Madame Chin” , „Five Tribles”)

Pytanie 2

W grze Abyss zdobywa się punkty za lokacje, lordów, sojuszników i żetony potworów. Ile maksymalnie  punktów gracz może zdobyć  za przyłączonych sojuszników?

Odpowiedź

To było pytanie które dotyczyło gry, ale posiadanie gry nie było wymagane. Wystarczyło znaleźć w instrukcji dostępnej w sieci kluczowe zdanie „Punkty otrzymuje się za:[…] C)Swojego najsilniejszego przyłączonego Sojusznika z każdej Rasy”(Strona 10). Natomiast  na stronie 4 instrukcji napisane jest „Talia kart Eksploracji składa się z: Pięciu Sprzymierzonych Ras[…]. Każda rasa składa się z 13 następujących kart: jednej karty o wartości 5, dwóch kart
o wartości 4, trzech kart o wartości 3, trzech kart o wartości 2 i czterech o wartości 1.”
W Abyss jest 5 ras, a maksymalna siła to 5, wiec przy dużej dozie szczęścia  i sprytu w rekrutacji Lordów  można uzbierać 5 „piątek” i otrzymać 25 punków za sojuszników.

Odpowiedź 25 podało tylko 62% Uczestników.

Pytanie 3

Lordowie z której gildii wymagają zagrania sojuszników we wszystkich 5 kolorach?

 Odpowiedź

To było najprostsze pytanie konkursu. Aż 97% Uczestników wiedziało ze chodzi o Ambasadorów.

Pytanie 4

Która z poniższych postaci NIE występuje w grach Bruno Cathali?

  • Kuba Rozpruwacz
  • Mały Książę
  • Kleopatra
  • Król Artur
  • Robin Hood
  • Wszystkie powyższe postaci występują w grach Autora

Proszę o podanie po jednym tytule dla powyższych postaci, które występują w grach Autora

 Odpowiedź

Prawie wszyscy wiedzieli, że to Robin Hood jest „czarną owcą”. Z podaniem tytułów Shadows over Camelot, Mały książę  : Stwórz mi planetę lub dowolna grą z serii Mr. Jack nie było problemów.   Nie wszyscy jednak znali tytuł gry z Kleopatrą: Cleopatra and the Society of Architects (Kleopatra i Stowarzyszenie Architektów) i poprawność odpowiedzi na to pytanie wyniosła 96%.

Podsumowanie

W terminie doszło 386 odpowiedzi w tym 171 poprawnych (44%).

2. Magdalena Taboł
3. Robert Kubasiński

    czy w pytaniu 1. Mr Jack Pocket był poprawną odpowiedzią? Na stronie Hobbitów data wydania pokazuje: 2014 rok.

    Jingowawa sam sobie odpowiedziałeś. Powtórzę po raz trzeci i ostatni: pytanie dotyczyło gier nie dodatków.

    A Five Tribes to juz zostało wydane po polsku? Bo przecież miały to byc gry, które ZOSTAŁY wydane a nie te które ZOSTANĄ wydane w 2014.

    Autorowi w pierwszym pytaniu chodziło o wydanie czy premierę gry (pierwsze wydanie), bo to dwie różne rzeczy. ;)
    Tylko 71% osób odpowiedziało „prawidłowo” na łatwe pytanie.

    Chodziło o wydanie w Polsce. Tymczasem:
    – zagraniczne wydania były uznane za prawidłowe,
    – polskie wydania nie były uznane za prawidłowe, bo były wydaniami kolejnymi – „stare gry”.

    Może to interpretacja odpowiedzi była nieprawidłowa? ;)

    @mig Rebel zapowiedział wydanie Five Tribes po polsku, ale chyba jeszcze nie podał terminu. Na pewno na chwilę obecną do kupienia jest tylko zagraniczna wersja.

    @KarbonX – masz w pełni racje, termin „wydane” nie implikuje, że to musi być nowość/nie może być reedycja.
    Pewnie gdyby pytanie było lepiej sformułowane i nie zawierało określenia „w Polsce”, nie byłoby tylu wątpliwości i nie wymagałoby dziesiątek komentarzy i sprostowań.
